Carolina was fantastic! She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained her approach, and then delivered the best massage I have ever had. Her massage technique combined with stretching was exactly what I needed. I am in PT for frozen shoulders recovery and she provided the right pressure and movements that not only helped my shoulders and back pain, but helped loosen my hip flexors for golfing. I HIGHLY recommend her and will be going back many more times!
I started going to Healing Hands over a year ago when I had some severe back pain causing serious nerve issues. I was seeing a great chiropractor at the time who recommended I get massage therapy to help speed up the healing process. I went a few days ago and had a very relaxing experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the massage really helped me disconnect and release tension. You can tell there is care and professionalism in every detail. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to relax and give your body a break.

Carolina was great! A few days prior I woke up with a back ache and was in need of a massage. She was very good about asking what I wanted to work on and got my back feeling loose and normal. The sauna and cold plunge were awesome as well to get your body feeling right! Will be back for sure!
