This review is not easy to post as I highly respect medical professionals and understand some of the issues that are out of their control. My experience with Healing Hands Home Health began on Feb 28, 2023 with a MD referral for post op PT home health services and authorization from my health insurance. Initially, plans were set for a nurse and PT provider to come for an initial consult on March 2nd. My mom’s nurse as well as the other nurses that have come to check up on her have done an excellent job! My mom’s main nurse Nydia has done an excellent job & has become like a friend of the family!
We have been very pleased with the services and attention that we have received with Healing Hands Nydia calls before coming for our visit and answers any questions we have
