I absolutely love this doctors office. Staff here are so friendly, caring and understanding. I even transferred my mom to see this office. WE have always been treated with so much love and care. We miss Dr Sara though. Lol
I scheduled an appointment for my daughter by calling the number in their website. On the day of the appointment, when we arrived to the office, the stuff couldn’t find my daughter’s scheduled appointment, so the front desk lady called the manager(which by the way looked like a high school kid). After sometime of them not finding my daughter’s information, I was told that she couldn’t be seen not only because she wasn’t on the system but because she was 18 years old and they don’t see patients under 21. Healing Hand Family Care provided an outstanding experience. Dr. James Hansler is awesome—he truly listened and helped me out when I needed it most. The front desk staff were also very helpful, kind, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I would like to say something great about healing hands family care clinic the one in Indio, and this is my second review this month. I really like healing hands family care clinic the doctor there are the best around and the nurse's and the receptionist work there butt off every time I go there. I never had any problems with any appointments or referrals that the receptionist make for you which is a good thing.
