I would like to say something great about healing hands family care clinic the one in Indio, and this is my second review this month. I really like healing hands family care clinic the doctor there are the best around and the nurse's and the receptionist work there butt off every time I go there. I never had any problems with any appointments or referrals that the receptionist make for you which is a good thing. They aren’t refilling my meds in a timely manner. I’m on anti depressants and dealing with depression but when I need a refill it takes days to call in
I’m pleased with Doctors and the rest of the staff. And I’m definitely happy with their urgency on filling my medications. I’ve been going to this clinic for at least 7 years now. No complaints here.
I’ve found staff to be very attentive and helpful. I’ve called twice with things that had not been done, and these were taken care of the same day. Sarah, the PA is very nice and listens to our concerns.
