I have been a patient at healing hands for years, I travel to Oregon & California rather frequently. I will wait as long as it takes to see Dr. James, he has been a blessing in my healing. Monica is an extremely helpful manager, although no longer here full time she made a tremendous impact on the staff as well as patient care.
I absolutely love this doctors office. Staff here are so friendly, caring and understanding. I even transferred my mom to see this office. WE have always been treated with so much love and care. We miss Dr Sara though. Lol
I scheduled an appointment for my daughter by calling the number in their website. On the day of the appointment, when we arrived to the office, the stuff couldn’t find my daughter’s scheduled appointment, so the front desk lady called the manager(which by the way looked like a high school kid). After sometime of them not finding my daughter’s information, I was told that she couldn’t be seen not only because she wasn’t on the system but because she was 18 years old and they don’t see patients under 21.
