Lydia is the best!! I’m telling you, this woman is amazing at what she does. I went to her for a massage 4 weeks ago because my work leaves my body in pain. She could tell just by looking at me, where my problem areas were, and she’s helped me so much, just in one session. I’m looking forward to seeing her again tomorrow 😊

Unbelievably, after going through two rounds of antibiotics for a sinus infection this past winter she was able to help me find me some relief. Now, facing knee replacement surgery, Brenda has helped me relax and also relieve some pain. Worth her weight in gold!

Best massages! I always come back for more. It’s amazing how much tension we hold in our bodies. Lydia is taking years off my life. Brenda has added range of motion I did not realize I had lost. I was feeling so old and slow, now I’m feeling younger and stronger. Each visit is a blessing! I follow up my therapy w weekly yoga. Better breathing, less stress, more relaxed, greater mobility! What’s not to love about that!
