I loved the Hoop Yourself Well Retreat! Andi is so full of wisdom and made the whole experience so fun and I felt like I had a full body reset. Hooping on the beach was so nourishing and just what I needed to relight the playful spark inside me that had gotten a bit dim over the years. I can't wait to work with Andi again!
