I’ve been visiting your spa frequently up until now, the service has always been exceptional. However, during my visit today with my sister, although the masseuses did a great job, they rudely demanded tips afterward, which was very disappointing. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation — not something to be asked or pressured for, especially after paying $115 for an hour session and being a frequent client.
