I have been going to Alton for over 7 years. He has helped me heal from injuries and day to day muscle tension build up. For me, no need to go to chiropractor anymore. He has also given me stretching routines to help me between sessions.
I've been using Alton for over 3 years now. I have had professional massages before him, and none of them were even close to as affective as his. He is extremely knowledgeable.
