I had a very disappointing experience. Even though I booked my session a couple of days in advance, I had to call and message more than five times just to get a response—only to be told last minute that they weren’t available. If I hadn’t followed up myself, no one would’ve informed me!!! It felt like they were just going to ignore the appointment. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I won’t be returning.
Thank you so much Alexa and Randall we had the most amazing massage ever, the pressure was perfect, deep tissue, is always amazing! You both take time to understand what we need and want and we appreciate it so much! We’ll see you soon again, next time we’re in. Milwaukee 😊😊
My boyfriend booked an appointment for me as a gift. I showed up about 10 minutes early and door was locked and no one was there. Ok, I thought, I’m early so I’ll wait. My scheduled appointment time rolls around and I try calling several times—straight to voicemail. I wait for an extra 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and Alexa is still no call, no show. I was really looking forward to my massage as my boyfriend was trying to do something nice for me. I am incredibly disappointed at the unprofessionalism.
Great couples massage, we were so relaxed and comfortable. Beautiful space and energy.
