Zara’s Esalen technique I found more restorative than a traditional Swedish massage. Zara focuses on slow & flowing massage creating a holistic approach to calm both body & mind. You pay a little more but you get a lot more! After just two massages I bought a 5 massage package.
You won’t regret booking an appointment here. Several old injuries constantly give me issues and the treatment here promotes healing and is very effective. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Had a session while in Orange County for work. Zara is phenomenal, with a nice relaxing studio. The massage was tremendously relaxing and I'll be sure to book with her again whenever I'm in town for work again.
