Poor service and poor quality of work. Extremely dirty place and smells so bad. Sierra is hella ashy and clearly needs to work on her personal hygiene

Not happy with the service here at all. I was waiting for my appointment for over 30 minutes. & I overheard the owner Sierra herself calling the customers to her associates ladoo log, she should really look in the mirror before she calls other people names.

Should be called Hurting Beauty by Sierra Kohn her and her studio damaged my ends I'd been growing for months & when I asked her to fix it she said I look ashy. So I told her to use more ghee in her oily hair, NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

When I tell you getting a facial by Sierra isn't just a "facial" it is an EXPERIENCE! She truly goes the extra mile to make sure her clients' needs are met and you leave her studio feeling elevated. Upon entering her studio you can tell she has taken the time to create a relaxing space, with no harsh lighting, a lavender lemon scent, and luxurious bedding to lay on while getting your facial. Sierra is so knowledgeable and caring with her work. I've done Lymphatic Drainage with her. She has also done sound bath treatments and chakra alignment therapies. Each time I have felt an increase in my inner strength, wisdom, knowledge and self-awareness. I'm a massage therapist myself, so I know the difference between a good and bad service. It's about connection. Connecting with the client, understanding and serving their needs. Sierra does that. I can't recommend her enough.
