I wish I could give Colleen 10 Stars! I was lucky enough to find her 8 months ago when the COVID guidelines started to ease. I was in chronic pain from working so much OT during the pandemic. Neck, shoulders and wrists from being hunched over a desk all day. Colleens massage therapy relieved my pain and her many suggestions teas, supplements, and home remedies have helped me maintain a pain-free life again. I highly recommend. You won’t regret it.
As a longtime client of Colleen I was glad to see her set up her own business. She has truly been able to help with a sports related type of deep tissue treatment that works out the trouble spots for an athlete. She is always checking in and attentive. She has great suggestions on stretching and preparing for athletic activities that help. You will be glad you visited her!
All I have to say is that Colleen needs to insure those hands! I have been in AGONY!!! for months!!! Physical therapy, dry needling you name it!!! Well after two visits I am finally feeling my muscles melt in an amazing way!!! Colleen really goes that "Extra" mile to help and her office is so calming and cute. I am never leaving her! :)

Over the years, Colleen's unique ability to zone in on and then help resolve the numerous issues I've brought to her have certainly improved the quality of my life. Colleen’s hands are like magic! I am the type of person who has a hard time relaxing, but with Colleen’s massages I fall asleep. It is never a problem to relax with her. Her space and personality make that even easier. I love her massages and am always sad when it’s over!
