I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lincoln. I purchased one of their high-end Black Label models, expecting both top-quality performance and service to match. Unfortunately, the electronics on my vehicle failed completely while it was parked, which was very concerning given the cost of this car. My sales person, Jose Hernandez, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and always available. Bought brand new Nautilus, had to get it from another dealer and we ended up having an issue with it. Jose worked tirelessly to get me same exact one at same deal. Have bought numerous new cars in the past, this was the first time I felt the sales person was working with me to get exactly what I wanted and a deal I was comfortable with. Would absolutely recommend Healey Brothers and Jose!
As good of an experience as your going to have when doing a stressful task like buying a new car
The best car buying experience we have ever had. Highly recommend without hesitation. Jeffrey Emerson was the best salesman, he really took the time to make every aspect simple and stress free. We can't say enough. It will be our forever place to buy a car. .
