Very disappointed Healey Lincoln sold me a bad car as multiple dealers saying the vehicle has many problems. Wasn’t expecting this disaster of vehicle . Multiple times getting car serviced for unexplained repairs and still not fixed . Can’t bring it to the dealer I bought because I dont live near I live a different state . Unsatisfactory Service and Billing Discrepancy The service at this dealership was deeply disappointing. They attempted to charge me significantly more than agreed upon for my vehicle repair. Because the manufacturer was covering a portion of the repair cost, I contacted them directly and discovered a massive discrepancy in the dealership's math. Healey Ford Lincoln is a great dealership to buy a car from. No pressure, everyone was friendly. Hermy Perez was an excellent client advisor. If you go there ask for Hermy. Hermy went out of his way to find the perfect vehicle for my wife. He definitely went above and beyond. If I need another vehicle I would definitely go back to Healey Ford Lincoln.
Customer service in the service area is outstandingly double A+. I rather drive here than stay local. The waiting time is adequate (according to the service received). The representatives are courteous. They give you the information on point, no hidden fees, I appreciate it. Kuddos!!!
