What an amazing experience, my wife and I went to see a pre owned Aviator and trade in our little convertible, we were in an out with everything done and complete in 2.5 hours, Hermey is an extraordinary sales consultant, he was very knowledgeable, very helpful and incredibly efficient. Bought a new Lincoln Navigator L Black Edition with service. Well, they dont fulfill the promises their managers made to pick up and drop off. Had leaking roof they tried to fix, back 2x(still not fixed and is ruining headliner), called 5x, not doing the included oil changes they promised, their shop cant figure out how to seal a leak in a brand new $125000 suv. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lincoln. I purchased one of their high-end Black Label models, expecting both top-quality performance and service to match. Unfortunately, the electronics on my vehicle failed completely while it was parked, which was very concerning given the cost of this car. My sales person, Jose Hernandez, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and always available. Bought brand new Nautilus, had to get it from another dealer and we ended up having an issue with it. Jose worked tirelessly to get me same exact one at same deal. Have bought numerous new cars in the past, this was the first time I felt the sales person was working with me to get exactly what I wanted and a deal I was comfortable with. Would absolutely recommend Healey Brothers and Jose!
