I'm leaving this 5 star review as a statement of how impressive I found the service staff at this dealership to be. I had some unfortunate interactions with a receptionist at this dealership, which caused me to leave a review of that issue. There is a receptionist who answers the phone for this dealership that goes by the name of Peyton. I apologize if my spelling is inaccurate. She was the most rude, unprofessional and had the worst attitude of any receptionist has spoken to in a very long time. Had a great experience working with Carmelo and Elijah. They were both friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel relaxed. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything, which made buying a car a lot more enjoyable than I expected. They were honest, answered all of my questions, and made everything go smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend asking for them if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

Very disappointed Healey Lincoln sold me a bad car as multiple dealers saying the vehicle has many problems. Wasn’t expecting this disaster of vehicle . Multiple times getting car serviced for unexplained repairs and still not fixed . Can’t bring it to the dealer I bought because I dont live near I live a different state . Lincoln client services are waste and dealers are waste . No one wants to admit and take responsibility with faulty vehicle . Unsatisfactory Service and Billing Discrepancy The service at this dealership was deeply disappointing. They attempted to charge me significantly more than agreed upon for my vehicle repair. Because the manufacturer was covering a portion of the repair cost, I contacted them directly and discovered a massive discrepancy in the dealership's math.
