Purchased my vehicle from HB. I was treated kindly by warm and courteous professionals. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I purchased the service plan and they keep my vehicle in tip top shape for 2 years with regular maintenance. I always appreciated the car wash after service which is a nice perk! I highly recommend for women who may not really be sure about purchasing a vehicle on her own, I found them to be very trustworthy.
COSTUMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTING NOT GREAT! LEFT MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS, CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING OUR CAR INSURANCE REFUND, AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND NO MOVEMENT FROM THEM AT ALL!!!!!!! THEY ALWAYS SAY SOMEONE IS LOOKING INTO IT WHERE INFACT IT ONLY TAKES LESS THAN A DAY TO PROCESS IT, AND HERE WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR INSURANCE REFUND MONEY!!!
I was directed to Scott Kuester for service help and he treated me like crap from the start. I took my business elsewhere because of his attitude. 0/10
I visited 6 dealers in 4 days and met with a ton of people in sales. Unfortunately, found most of them extremely condescending and did not bother to listen to my needs and budget as a customer. It was a tiring process until I met Krissy. She was supremely patient with my queries, understood my needs and did not try to push her choice of available vehicles.
