I bought a "Certified Pre-owned" Hyundai Elantra from Healey Hyundai. After having the car less then a year the paint flew off the front bumper as I was washing the car! I immediately brought it to the auto body guy down the street who informed me that my car had in fact been in a front end accident. The fender was bent on the inside and the door had been rubbing in a small spot. The bumper was replaced and was never sanded and primed (that's why the paint flew off).
