I had the worst experience ever with Healey Custom Construction during my remodel. Work was done without my knowledge or approval creating a costly remediation to remedy the damage done. The cost over runs were insane with no change orders used to justify the over runs. To remedy the damage and complete my remodel, I used a different contractor who used a legal contract and change orders as required by law and the CSLB requirements.
