The service department is terrible. They do not follow up with you. the customer have to keep calling and calling to find out the status of the vehicle. They Had my car in the service department for approximately for days and still was not fixed. The reason for it was my engine light came on, and Healy service department told me was my turbo charger on my car went bad and needed a replacement. They quoted me a ridiculous price of $4,000 to replace it. In reality the part along is roughly about $500-600 plus labor. I told the... read more
Absolutely terrible service department! We dropped the car off a couple months ago and after having my car for a WEEK they only ran the check engine. I couldnt leave it there any longer so I took my car back and they actually CHARGED us for it! Now, my mechanic spoke to them about a recall and I was told to bring the car in. I had an 830 appointment and received a call at 12 to say there wasnt a recall. HORRIBLE service experience. Ended up with a lemon. Been dealing with Healey for a couple years now, this vehicle is so bad, it's not going to last another year without THOUSANDS more $ and I haven't even paid it off yet! The sales people were okay, but ever since I signed the paperwork, everyone has been blatantly disrespectful, ESPECIALLY when I try to get a problem fixed. The worse service I have received. I purchased a vehicle on July 5th of this year from Healey Chevrolet and by July 14th it was being towed due to a failed transmission. They have not provided me with a car and I have been told I need to rent one from them if they in fact have a car. It cost me $700 every five days for a rental which I cannot continue to pay.
