Best hardware store around
I recently bought cabinets from here. Their designer, Martha, was incredible. Her work made our kitchen look more beautiful than we could imagine. She was great at finding the perfect balance between aesthetics and function. She was creative and imaginative. She also communicated well and always kept me updated during the process. I ordered over $10,000 worth of windows. And was promised delivery but they didn’t show up even though I confirmed the day before. The delivery dept was exceptionally hard to deal with. They wouldn’t answer their phones or return messages. I had to get the manager to have them call me. Everyone is otherwise friendly. I had to pay the workers who were waiting around so I am definitely not happy with the service. How can a company stay in business like that.

I will never do business with them because of the behavior of their drivers. A man driving their truck almost hit me yesterday because he wanted to merge one car ahead of me. He changed lanes and forced his van into my lane almost hitting my truck by inches. Dangerous and selfish people.
