Horrible woman. Unspeakably rude to me on the phone She was very negative no matter my questions. They cleaned my pool years ago and she finally found me in her files. But she said I was "outside the area of their route". I asked how that could be side I am in South Cloverdale about three weeks from the citrus fair....anyway, it went from bad to worse. She was Awful!
Employees laughed at me when I asked to buy a piece of 2" spa flex . Ace hardware was happy to help me and got me what I needed right away. Just because they are the only place in town they think they can be rude. Good job guys! I'll take My business elsewhere where it is appreciated 👏
If I could give zero stars I would. Mark and his crew serviced my pool and spa for a couple of years and it was a terrible experience. My pool was constantly turning green and all they would do is make one excuse after another. Highly recommend you find a different service provider for your pool.
