I now understand why numerous Providence hospitals have closed due to a lack of empathy and understanding. I require a specific medication to effectively manage my disability, and there are limited suitable options. However, one particular facility insisted on a minimum 6-month commitment with excessively high doses, rendering it impossible to leave. I went in for a contusion of the foot and was not offered a single pain med. granted I said my pain was 7 when I walk but after the movement of the x rays and putting in the put I was quietly literally crying. It all honestly it seemed like no one cared and they wanted me out as soon as possible, when I did too. If I could it'd be a negative. With there negligence, they're more likely to kill someone then actually help them. They bring to mind a wise man once said, you only need a C- to be a doctor.
