call to Healdsburg Appliance Repair placed a call this morning and the young man was plain rude...I asked if this was a Healdsburg company and he answered yes...but he is not located in Healdsburg. Since, I live in Healdsburg I like to know if I am dealing with local people...after another inquiry with the young man he said since I was questioning and uncomfortable I should cancel appointment and try another company. He was rude and sounded offensive and he could care less.
