I talk to my counselor once and still waiting on someone to call me about my next appointment
In my 9 months as a client they’ve wanted to change my therapist 3x. Every time I felt like we were getting somewhere I had to start all over again w a new therapist. When I voiced my concern about this I was met w annoyance, no apologies, no explanations. I was not informed by the company that my latest therapist had quit. She just didn’t show up for our appt. Finding a new counseling service.
Doesn't communicate with patients about changing times, then charges them. No effort to call and see where the patient was. Really let us down.
