I’ve been seeing Ameen for several months now, and the difference in my overall body tension has been incredible. Ameen is extremely attentive to detail, and his knowledge of anatomy and various techniques is impressive. Most importantly, Ameen is genuinely caring and creates a space that feels both safe and restorative. I always leave each session feeling lighter, looser, and more balanced. Ameen not only focuses on massaging the body, he also focuses on the emotional and spiritual aspects of the body as well. He gives an experience that will only be found by him. He leaves you feeling well both physically and mentally. He is extremely knowledgeable on how muscles work and how to massage them. I 100% recommend!
Ameen is a very intuitive massage therapist! I had an amazing 90 minute massage with him yesterday. The space is clean and welcoming. His attention to detail is outstanding and thorough knowledge of anatomy and technique is evident! I would highly recommend booking a massage appointment with Ameen.

I’ve gotten a massage before but it was nothing compared to my lovely experience at Heal N Flow.
