It’s been just over a year since I first saw Steve at Heal my heels. I was officially diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. My pain was severe before I got the custom made orthotics. After wearing them for a couple of months my pain slowly reduced. By the end of the 3rd month I was pain free. It’s been 14 months since my initial appointment with Steve. I first visited Heal my Heel some time back when I was preparing for a marathon and I had a severe case of Plantar Fasciitis. Steve equipped me with my first pair of orthotics and some ongoing maintenance and to my delight I was able to take my place in the Marathon. I contacted Heal my Heel recently to purchase another pair of orthotics and as usual the service was prompt and courteous.
I had Plantar Fasciitis for around 2 years, you name it I had tried everything to help myself and reduce pain. Having orthotics made by Steve was a game changer....I was able to finally walk without pain. I highly recommend Steve for quality service.

I developed plantar fasciitis in Sept 2024. I found a podiatrist who made me new orthotics and did weekly shock treatment on my foot as well as gave me exercises to do daily. This went on until earlier this year with me having no improvement and some weeks very painful.
