Walking into the facility, I was immediately struck by how clean, calm, and relaxing the space was. The prices were competitive and the staff was very polite. I had a wonderful massage with Sarah, who was not only informative but also incredibly skilled. She gently and effectively worked through some stress, tight muscles, and my psoas. I walked out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Sarah even took the time to suggest an exercise I could do at home to help with some of my extra-tight muscles. I highly recommend Sarah!
