Have been going to Heal Massage and Therapy for a few months now. I have nothing but high praise for my therapist Helen Holmes. First session we went over what I wanted to get out of the therapy and she discussed the different ways to go about to get the results I was looking for. I started with sharp pain in my hips. This was my first time at Heal Massage and Therapy & it was nothing short of incredible. I saw Makayla, who really listened to my concerns and areas of focus, pressure, & comfortability. Her vibe was immaculate & very easy to communicate with. She added a topical pain reliever to my problem area, the room was beautiful, parking and location are top notch. I’ll definitely be back!
OMG, I literally just had one of the best massage therapy sessions ever!! Helen knew by touch all of the places I’ve ever had aches and pains and my problem areas. Left here feeling absolutely amazing!! I was in visiting from Florida and jealous I don’t have someone like Helen back home!! If you live in the surrounding area, I highly recommend that you book with Helen. I’d come here weekly if I could!! Thank you Helen at Heal for working so hard to make me feel so good!
This place is amazing and is a very therapeutic from the moment I walk in!!! A must try ! Helen is a great massage therapist and is able to focus on the muscles that need extra attention and energy. I have had left shoulder pain for 10+ years and I am finally getting the right treatment and have not felt this good in YEARS! I recommend you give this place a try 🥰👍😃
