I was charged for a full session I did not attend after asking to reschedule. I attempted to reach the business several times via phone call, email, and text message to reschedule after needing to take my husband to the hospital for a medical emergency and received no response. I was able to reach them several days later and they let me know I could reschedule but that I would be charged again. I emailed at 7am to cancel a 3pm massage appointment because I was feeling sick. Despite notifying them early, they charged my Health Savings Account card a cancellation free the full amount of the massage cost because I didn’t give them a 24 hr notice. I later tested positive for COVID so I am glad I didn’t go in while I was contagious and every business should know that you can’t legally charge a fee to a HSA card for a cancellation fee! Very disappointing. On the positive side, Aly is very good giving massages.

The person that runs Heal is inconsiderate of her employees and makes rude comments to them. During the session the Alexa bluetooth speaker chimed and lit up, indicating that someone is "dropping in" on the speaker to listen to the clients session. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
