Sarah is attentive, kind and has such a healing touch. My massage was thoughtfully performed and planned based on my health and healing. She was able to accommodate my restrictions and positive. The space is clean, comfortable and inviting.

This was my first time at Heal Massage and Therapy & it was nothing short of incredible. I saw Makayla, who really listened to my concerns and areas of focus, pressure, & comfortability. Her vibe was immaculate & very easy to communicate with. She added a topical pain reliever to my problem area, the room was beautiful, parking and location are top notch. I’ll definitely be back!

I was charged for a full session I did not attend after asking to reschedule. I attempted to reach the business several times via phone call, email, and text message to reschedule after needing to take my husband to the hospital for a medical emergency and received no response. I was able to reach them several days later and they let me know I could reschedule but that I would be charged again. OMG, I literally just had one of the best massage therapy sessions ever!! Helen knew by touch all of the places I’ve ever had aches and pains and my problem areas. Left here feeling absolutely amazing!! I was in visiting from Florida and jealous I don’t have someone like Helen back home!! If you live in the surrounding area, I highly recommend that you book with Helen. I’d come here weekly if I could!! Thank you Helen at Heal for working so hard to make me feel so good!
