I emailed at 7am to cancel a 3pm massage appointment because I was feeling sick. Despite notifying them early, they charged my Health Savings Account card a cancellation free the full amount of the massage cost because I didn’t give them a 24 hr notice. I later tested positive for COVID so I am glad I didn’t go in while I was contagious and every business should know that you can’t legally charge a fee to a HSA card for a cancellation fee! Very disappointing. On the positive side, Aly is very good giving massages.

This was my first time at Heal Massage and Therapy & it was nothing short of incredible. I saw Makayla, who really listened to my concerns and areas of focus, pressure, & comfortability. Her vibe was immaculate & very easy to communicate with. She added a topical pain reliever to my problem area, the room was beautiful, parking and location are top notch. I’ll definitely be back!

Have been going to Heal Massage and Therapy for a few months now. I have nothing but high praise for my therapist Helen Holmes. First session we went over what I wanted to get out of the therapy and she discussed the different ways to go about to get the results I was looking for. I started with sharp pain in my hips. After the first session the sharp pain was replaced by a dull pain. Same level, but not as sharp. After every session I have been leaving with less pain.
