I transferred my prescriptions from Holland Cross (very poor service there) to this pharmacy and I am so glad that I did. No wonder they have a perfect score of 5.0 after close to a hundred reviews!!. Congratulations on perfect score. I have nothing but full admiration for this pharmacy. They are very hard working, posses very good customer relation skills, understanding and respond fast to even emails. Amazing customer service - they truly care. They take the time to get to know you and your health concerns to find the best option. Every time I browse the products they always tell me if they don’t have something, they can order it for me. And the walk in flu shots are so convenient.
No wonder everybody LOVES this pharmacy! They personally handled my Rx move from Kanata to Hintonburg, found a way to save me money, and just made my day with excellent, concierge-level customer service.
It is always a pleasure visiting this pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff willing to actually assist you. Nice to know someone is looking out for your well being!
