I recently rented a Game Ready ice machine from Heal Fast Canada for three weeks following my knee replacement surgery. The machine looked brand new, even though it was a rental. It exceeded all of my expectations. It did everything it promised, was incredibly easy to use, and made a tremendous difference in my recovery. My wife had a complete knee replacement. I sent in the form along with payment information to Heal Faster. Never got a response to my original request or follow up inquiry. Ended up buying an icing unit from Amazon for significantly less than the rental of Game Day. Bonus - I get to keep the unit for future needs.
Great service
Customer beware: The company is repeatedly sending faulty units. My original surgery date was in August, the first unit was leaking water. I received a replacement unit without issues but had to return both because my surgery was cancelled. Additionally, you need to wait the entire day, 9-6, to personally collect the unit. Today, two days before the new surgery date, I received another faulty unit, this time displaying (an impossible to fix) error code. Why would it be my responsibility to fix it anyway?
