In response to Lindsey M.’s post. I AM the stylist who did her hair. She hadn’t colored her hair in years and showed me multiple pics of all kinds of color. The pic she chose was a white ash pic and wasn’t the pic in the photo that she posted. In our consultation, prior to doing her hair, I asked how often she comes to the salon. Thanks Cindy (the owner) for ruining my hair! ASK a customer what they want before you just start cutting! ZERO stars and I won’t be back.
