The receptionist at the clinic is extremely rude. I called in to book an appointment she said she only had 2:15 available so I figured I’ll book it and look around for an earlier appt and if I need to cancel it I will call back and cancel. She got mad that I was calling other clinics to see if they have earlier appt and said she is cancelling my appt. She was not kind in anyway and has no customer service skills. One more bad review for the receptionist. I tried to make it on time as Sunday is walk in only. At 11:30 a sign at the front says we are closed, but I thought I'd ask anyway as I was there. Simply asked if there was any chance of one more appointment. The response was we close at noon and the doctor has patients to see before then, in a very demeaning/condescending tone. Really great doctor professional and knowledgeable never in rush always answer all the questions, went in with whole family im amazed how calm he is.
Headwaters Walk-In Clinic is amazing. We won’t go anywhere else. The staff, Doctor and pharmacist are knowledgeable and professional!
