Headsync is amazing to work with. Both Josh and JP are friendly, professional and reliable. Josh came to our boat on two separate occasions and both times he meticulously worked to fix problems that were not easy to address. Both he and JP replaced our sanitation hoses and left everything clean and done in a reasonable amount of time. Bryan is also very responsive and always got back to me quickly. They are the best of the best.
Can't say enough good about Headsync. Super helpful and knowledgeable and very responsive. Best Spectra dealer on the east coat. Had most of the parts I needed and went out of his way to make it easy for me.
Not only did they fix my problem, but they responded to my inquiry expeditiously, showed up when they said, and communicated well.
We were laying over in Newport for a day making repairs and discovered we were missing an o-ring for our water maker. Head Sync went above and beyond to ensure we had our needed o-ring plus a back up spare before heading to Nova Scotia. Thanks for the great service!
I saw the HeadSync Van when visiting the Newport Boat Show. I sent an email and Bryan was very responsive. They connected me with one of their tech's (Josh), who communicated with me through the evaluation, analyzed the problem, and quickly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend HeadSync, and we will use them again!
