Very clean and well furnished lodge for a few days away. The owners were really friendly and well prepared for our baby and dog with beds for both and even a high chair, it was really appreciated. Lovely walks just outside the door and though we were out and about a lot we had everything we needed to cook if needed. Nice short drive to main towns without being too close to busy areas.
Prior to leaving for our get away I was advised to contact Simon. I was promptly responded too with all the information I need for my stay, directions was very clear and Simon even gave me road conditions before I departed. Once arrived it was beautiful, so quiet so peaceful you can easily relax and lock into a deep thought. The pod itself was cosy, clean and beautiful. I recently stayed in one of the pods with my partner and dog for three nights. The location is ideal for those seeking an active holiday in the countryside and the host, Simon is very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and we opted for the hot tub, which was well worth it after a day of hiking. The local area offers everything you need, from delicious food to scenic views. I highly recommend staying here and we are keen to return.

This is our second stay here at the pods! The first time was so good, we decided to come away for our honeymoon here also! Jules and Simon were there to greet us on arrival and they are both down to earth and so easy to chat with! The pods are superb for those who want that peaceful getaway! They have everything that you will need for however long you decide to stay! The hot tub is a must!!!! Thank you both so much for having us back for a second time! We will definitely be back soon!!!
