RecommendedThis is a wonderful organization, that has helped and continues to help families with a place to stay, while their loved one, receives cancer therapy. The financial burden, is very high on the families and Nick's house, helps by giving their loved one/family, a place to stay during treatment. Nick left such a legacy to all!
Great cause helping others
My daughter and I are currently staying at Nick's house as my husband is hospitalized for Colorectal cancer. We live 3 and a half hours from Philadelphia in a very small rural town. This organization is amazing. The people who are in the house with us are great and offer advice, rides and hugs. It's a home and a family away from home. The biggest worry for my husband was where I would stay and how I would get around. This blessing of a foundation has allowed him to focus on himself and his treatment. Thank you Headstrong!!!
I've had a chance to meet Cheryl in person and she is first-class. The Foundation is tireless and never stops caring.
It is the most humbling and overwhelming experience in my life. My husband and I are spending 7 weeks in this magnificent home. Nick's House. As my husband is being treated at UPENN for Cancer. An angel was sent to us when we came to Nick's house and the love and the feeling of being loved and welcomed is amazing.
