Been here limited amount of times but found that receptionists are quite negative. Specifically a male receptionist with a beard has portrayed a negative, spiteful attitude everytime i’ve encountered him which i find quite strange for the mental health field

I struggled with the therapists and never felt like they understood any of my problems, instead giving me platitudes about how I should learn to love myself or something like that. The employment support was awful. They did nothing for months until they managed to find a job for me.
