Very good service, friendly workers, you get seen quickly and Dr Navneet Johri is a very good psychiatrist. I would also highly recommend Dr Bryn Elphick, and Sarah who is a social worker, as well as the group workers and Jess who is the dietician (Catie was also very good) and Emma who is a nurse who works with Dr Navneet. The group workers (Giv, Kaitlyne and Jo) and receptionists are lovely too.

Extremely poor service, extremely long wait times. Contacted them several times and assured a call back which never comes only to find that most of the services they claim to be able to provide aren't possible. When you finally get an appointment they are running so late that you 5 minute chat and total waste of time. Remember your service is to assist with mental health, for my son all you did was provide some hope and totally not deliver which actually saw a further decline in my sons mental well-being.
