This place has been amazing for me, I have been a patient since 2018, and have been welcomed by all. The workers are all super supportive and the variety of ducks makes it a comfortable place to be. It is now 2025 and I have rebuilt my life with the amazing help from every member of the headspace team. Thank you all.
As a parent who was desperate we walked in off the street for help. The clinician Michael spent hours with us and was so warm and caring. Reception staff were also very welcoming.
I visit Headspace to connect and learn about others, while guiding the people around me to enjoying what the service has to offer. I personally go there for the various social groups, my most frequented one is the arts and crafts dedicated 'Artspace' group as it is a group that has brought many young people together inside AND outside of Headspace.
