Highly recommend for everybody even if you aren’t going through anything detrimental feels good to talk

I started group therapy when I was 24. After 25 weeks i was kicked out for bad behaviour. I know in the past when I have tried to seek help this is always how it’s ended. I have spoken to my friends from therapy who think I just left for work, in reality the therapist closed my case early, blocked me and didn’t give me and other services or supports to contact after 25 weeks. This place has been amazing for me, I have been a patient since 2018, and have been welcomed by all. The workers are all super supportive and the variety of ducks makes it a comfortable place to be. It is now 2025 and I have rebuilt my life with the amazing help from every member of the headspace team. Thank you all.
