Very very disappointed with the service waited for a appointment and then my daughter really wanted to express herself about stuff that had happened to her and the female working bluntly told her we haven't got time for that today,walk out and my daughter said that she never wants to go back,as a parent so pissed at headspace Caboolture staff need to learn to Belmore compassionate
Been unhappy with this place.Staff were nice,But really didnt try to reach out to my 2 boys.They need to remember little things turn into bigs things.2 years ago I knew my boys needed help.But they said they didnt need help or staff didnt try to help them.And now my youngest almost killed himself.So if something does happen to my son. I will put the blame on this place.And sue them for not trying to help my boys.We have used headspace before in another town they were so helpfull.But this one here dont.
A lovely place with a pretty waiting room. However appointments are very far-booked and you'll have to wait months until your next one, not good if you're very mentally ill and in need of help weekly! Other than that, friendly staff and nice environment
