I have never felt more excluded from my teenage Daughters life & mental health since she started going to Headspace. The dismissive approach by the majority of the team under the guise of privacy is breathtaking. All I’m left with is the “hope” that they’re offering the best advise and support to my teenager because without hope how would I know anything from the waiting room.
