Breaches privacy and does nothing about it.
Horrible service, told my mother who I’m no longer in care and have an avo against things i specifically said not to in the first place and she’s now rubbing it in my face also the therapist I had just went straight to the mandatory report and spent the whole session doing that instead of asking me about my feelings so
Terrible communicators and disinterested in actually offering young people mental health care. They excel at discharging clients and should be considered for a “not our problem” award. It’s a shame these services get so much $$.
Received great support after the 2019 bush fires. Very kind and helpful people
my 16year old daughter just got abused by a guy as we accidentally parked in their private parking. There are no signs to say private parking and gates were wide open. My daughter asked one of the staff if we could please be let out not knowing it was private until we got locked in and he was beyond rude saying "would you like it if I parked on your property" my daughter was apologetic and the guy was yelling at her in a very angry tone "get out of here right now" angrily following her out the gate.
