I’ve used Heads up for years and never had an issue. As of the last 6 months, I’ve called several times to get help with repairs. Each time, no answer, so I leave a voicemail. Both times in a span of 3 months I have yet to receive a call back. I understand being busy, but I am an existing and repeat loyal customer. Unfortunately, I’ve had to move on to another company and will not be providing them as a reference. Very disappointed.
In hindsight, I should have picked someone else. This company upgraded our sprinkler system through a referral. They failed connect the rain and freeze sensor. As far as I’m concerned it’s an unfinished job - shoddy workmanship and promising rebates they’ll help you submit. We had questions on the invoice and called 5x - they never responded back. This is an unreliable operation, and they choose to not respond to their customers.
I wish I had gone somewhere else. This company come and upgraded our sprinkler system through a referral. They didn’t connect the rain and freeze sensor. We had a broken pipe and wires in our sprinkler system due to huge roots on our older trees. Heads Up employees Matt and Max fixed the pipes and re-ran the wires so we would have no more problems with that location. They checked out the system for us, too, and adjusted the sprinklers. We had tried to do it ourselves, so we knew how difficult it would be. They finished in a couple of hours and we were thrilled with all their work and the reasonable price.
