A+ EXPERIENCE David and Curt are excellent and honest RV repair practitioners. We had sunk thousands into our 2 yr old RV to combat large amounts of water entering inside, destroying our subfloor. 😒 THREE different repair shops failed to find the point of ingress. Given the superlative reviews for Heads Up, we contacted them and the turn around was three days. Quick, professional, didnt linger to get more hours, got us fixed up and able to move to a rv repair
These guys were quick to respond. Listened to what my husband had already tried to repair on our slide on our Grand Design so I didn’t have to pay for their time redoing what we had already tried. $60 trip charge and $125/hr for two really nice techs. Def will use them again!
I'm a do-it-yourselfer who just needed a part, so called Curt this morning to see if he sold them. He doesn't, but gave me some great advice on where to get what I need. He was incredibly professional and just plain NICE, man! Of course I didn't ask him to give away any trade secrets, ask him how to fix the thing, or keep him on the phone too long - that would be seriously not cool of me.
