This business went Waaay above and beyond to give our dog an excellent grooming and great experience. Our dog was matted and scraggly. They treated her like gold, and giving her the royal treatment! So loving and compassionate. We will be back!

Keeps rescheduling appt !!! waste of my time !!! – After 2 attempted visits to the grooming spa, service was not provided. I was ask to reschedule again. I have never been more dissatisfied with grooming service. Will never visit this groomer again. I've wasted too much time and resources already, to meet 2 attempted visits.
Best grooming experience – Heads to tails grooming spa not only has the best prices around, the owner (Vanessa) is the best groomer I have ever met! The store is cute and quaint, they have the best selection of food, treats, toys, and other products such as (shampoos, conditioners, flea treatments, leashes, collars, etc) Vanessa is very knowledgable on all aspects of pet care.
