$80 for a fill! The service was good, but it’s more than i’ve ever paid. The justification was $10 for chrome (more than what the entire container of chrome costs)
My first visit last year was good, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The pedicure felt rushed, some steps were skipped, and I did not receive the color I selected. Even after changing it once, the final result was still not what I wanted. The whole service took about 15 minutes and did not feel complete. I was not satisfied and will not be returning.
Had a shellac manicure today and they did an amazing job. Everyone is super friendly and the owner personally introduced herself and asked how we enjoyed our visit. Will be returning! Next time pedicures!
Absolutely love Heads Held High Nails! The staff are all so lovely, the environment is welcoming and relaxing, and the owner is incredibly kind and always willing to make things right for her clients. I had an issue with a couple nails within the first week of getting my set done, and she was super helpful and let me come back to have them fixed free of charge. Their customer service truly stands out and I always leave happy with my nails. Highly recommend!
