Purchased back rack and rails for the new truck. Used cheap hardware that rusted away after 6 month, rails rusted out after 12 months and back rack after 24 months. If i could i would give them 0 stars, poor products for $800.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not buy their products, we used to sell them, after their great customer service we do not sell them anymore. Customer service is non existent. They advertise products that they do not sell or are NOT in production anymore. We sold a rack to a customer, it came with the two same legs (two left ones) and the owner would no do anything for the customer, he even hung up on us. There you have it.
