The best Spa I ever found in Greenville! Purchased many gift cards for Business associates and herd nothing but great responses from them! They loved the massages facials manicures and pedicures .
Purchased a $180 pre-natal package for my pregnant wife to enjoy a massage, nails, pedicure, and chocolate covered strawberries and they failed to deliver on their end of the deal and managed to irritate my wife and myself in the process. She called to make sure they could do acrylic nails and the girl at the front desk assured her they could. When my wife arrived the massage was good but then she was told by the girl yah was doing her nails that she wasn't a certified nail tech and they don't do acryllic nails. She never... read more
Horrible customer service. Arrogant and inflexible. If that's how you like your spa then go here.
I did not realize that the spa has been open for over 37 years bought my wife a package for Christmas and she absolutely loves it
