Had a decent in store experience but when I tried to call and speak to our sales lady, all 5 people I spoke to the three different times I called were terribly rude. One of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.
First time to Fredericksburg and had my heart set on getting a nice cowboy hat and boots. As soon as i walked in I was greeted and treated like a king. I had no idea about cowboy boots or hats but the staff was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I will definitely be back next time and will recommend this place as a stop for anyone who visits the area. Thanks again!
I am a Christian Pastor, and this is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever encountered. The owner (Robert) has no concern for quality customer service. He and his staff misrepresent themselves and their policies, and refuse to acknowledge their own errors and make things right. Not only will I never do business with them again...I STRONGLY encourage you who are reading this review not to do business with them either and avoid the costly mistake I made trusting them!
