After trying many different salons and always being unhappy with my results and afraid to speak up, I finally found Jenn (Jennifer Dawn Cosmetology). She’s always been transparent with me about what is possible with my hair, how long services will take, expected upkeep, and cost. She’s done everything for me from drastic cuts, bleaching, vibrant color, balayage, to styling my hair for my wedding and other special events. Absolutely love this salon and everything about it. I’ve been seeing Jen since I moved up here in 2021 and I’ve never even thought about going somewhere else. Everyone that works here is talented and wonderful to be around. I’ve had color corrections, vivid color, cuts and trims and I always walk away happy. My hair has never been healthier and it’s been a joy to build a relationship with such a lovely and talented gal. My fiancé also gets his cuts here making things extra easy for us. I wish I could give them more stars!
