Norris is the best. 😃 I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and amazing. It is my happy place.
You'll ask for a certain haircut but they'll just snip a little and say you're done. This was my third visit there and I won't be going back.
Bring cash for tips. If I forget, I go to the Walgreens down the way...

Norris is an artist. This salon is a great value. No need to ever set foot in the overpriced world of the "no appointment for 4 weeks" or "pay half of your appt if you late cancel" salon again.
