We just bought a red CX-5 rather impulsively. We saw the New CX-5 at a traffic light in the best red color I have ever seen. The dealership was just down the road so we decided to stop and just sit in the car. Martin greeted us at the door, he was very professional and respectful. We explain we just wanted to sit in the car. There was one on the floor and it was gorgeous. Purchased a used car here that was advertised with a tv in it, but at the time of purchase we noticed the tv was not working...they agreed to fix it and they followed through with that. The tv is fixed, they replaced the lost remote for the tv and they even cleaned my car after. They gave me a loaner to use while it was being repaired as well. Friendly staff, easy to reach on the phone and the sales team was great as well.
Austin Ballard was super helpful and gave excellent customer service. The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding.
