It is an absolute shame that when we were first time customers here in January of 2019 we had such a positive experience. Then, in March of 2020 we came back to buy 2 more vehicles and it was back to the same type of experience that people associate with car dealers...frustration after frustration. It was ok. I didn’t walk out as happy as I thought I should have. I bought two cars in one week and still felt like I was in a classic used car dealership with promises and bells and whistles that never come to fruition.
RAVE: i want to give a HUGE shout out to Shannon P. I was in a pickle and needed new tires and brakes ASAP. My husband called the dealership and Shannon was happy to help. She got us in right away and the pricing was very reasonable. They were able to get my car done in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop (about the price and time). I took my car to the service department to investigate possible rat damage. They created a video of the inspection of my car to show me what they had done and what damage they found, which thankfully was none. I’m very impressed that they gave me a video of the inspection.
