UPDATE! I decided to dispute the charge on my credit card because I was getting no response from Marissa or Kristi. They replied to the dispute, lying once again. Marissa said we had an extensive consultation but we did NOT. She said I haven’t done my hair in 1 1/2 years and that is NOT true. She also said I only wanted the top of my hair done, which is FALSE.
